Abstract

Physical education is crucial in today's world because it fosters Islamic human values and has positive effects on an individual's and a community's economic, political, social, and cultural spheres. It also helps an individual discover who they are. The study used an analytical method and sought to determine how physical education may support Islamic beliefs. As a result, the study produced a number of findings, the most significant of which are: The research indicates that exercise contributes to improving mental and spiritual health, which Islam emphasizes as part of taking care of the body and soul through cooperation in sports teams and participation in group activities. The study also found that exercise enhances self-discipline and self-control, which are values associated with Islam as stated in the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah
